Main changes:

  • All the ArrayResize were removed.
  • All the ArraySetAsSeries were removed.  
  • SetIndexBuffer used instead.
  • The function iMAOnBuffers was removed. 
  • iMaOnArray used instead.
  • MA_SLOW, MA_FAST and MAX_BAR are now inputs.
